Payment methods

You can pay for your order in five ways. All payments go through Shopify Payments, which handles the transaction in a protected environment: your card details never pass through our systems.

Credit or debit card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Union Pay. The charge is made when the order is confirmed.

Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

If you already have a card saved on your phone or on Shop Pay, you can complete the order without typing anything in. It is the same card network: only the speed changes.

PayPal

If you would rather not enter your card details, you can pay with your PayPal account. You are redirected to the PayPal site and brought back here once the payment is complete.

Klarna — pay in installments

With Klarna you can split the amount into three interest-free installments, or pay within 30 days of delivery. You choose at checkout: approval is immediate and it is Klarna's decision, not ours.

Bank transfer

If you prefer a bank transfer, write to us at info@ceramichesofia.it: we will send you the bank details and a summary of your order. Work begins once the transfer arrives.

If you are ordering from abroad

In some countries local methods also appear at checkout: Bancontact in Belgium, BLIK in Poland, MobilePay in Denmark and Finland. You will only see them if your country supports them.

If something goes wrong

If a payment is declined, you are not charged: sometimes it is the bank blocking the transaction for a fraud check. Try another method or write to us and we will help.
