Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free and insured shipping throughout Italy on all our products, with no additional cost to you. The minimum order to place an order is €100.00.
What happens if the item I want is not available for immediate delivery?
If the item you have chosen is not available for immediate delivery, it will be put into production as soon as we receive your order. Handmade production takes approximately 15/20 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email that will allow you to monitor the shipment until it reaches its destination.
