Shipping Costs

Free Shipping in Italy for orders over 100€: For all orders placed in Italy above 100€, shipping is free.

International Shipping: For international shipments, we apply an additional cost that varies based on the destination country. This cost will be clearly indicated during the order process, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding the total cost.

Delivery Times

Custom Artisan Creations: Since each piece is handmade, we take up to 30 days from order confirmation to deliver it (for payments via bank transfer, times start from the credit date).

Holiday Periods:

To always ensure the high quality and care of each product, shipments are suspended during certain periods of the year. Specifically, orders placed after August 5th will be processed starting from August 28th, while those placed after December 10th will be shipped starting from the second week of January.

Courier

Shipping with Poste Delivery Express: We entrust our ceramics to Poste Delivery, guaranteeing secure and reliable delivery.

Insured Shipping

Safety first: Every item purchased on our site is shipped with an insurance policy to ensure it arrives at its destination in perfect condition. We pack each product with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport.

Sign with Reservation: Upon delivery, we ask you to check the integrity of the package and to sign with reservation even if the external packaging appears intact. This step is essential to activate the insurance claim if necessary.

In Case of Damage

Should you find any damage, please contact us immediately via email at info@ceramichesofia.it, attaching detailed photos of the damaged product. We will promptly address your report and proceed with the replacement of the goods.
