She has closed eyes and a veil draped over the forehead; a crown of hand-modelled, hand-applied flowers runs along the rim, with a Bordeaux centre. The lips, curl earrings, beads, pendants and the trims of the chalice foot are hand-painted in the same Bordeaux.
