2. Purchase Methods
Registration and Order: The Customer must register and complete the purchase order in electronic format on shop.ceramichesofia.com.
Selection and Purchase: Add the product to the "Cart" and proceed with the purchase.
Note: The products, being handmade, may differ from the images and present imperfections that attest to their originality.
3. Payment Procedures
Billing Information and Payment Method: After entering the billing information and selecting the payment method (cash on delivery, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer), proceed with the purchase.
Payment Confirmation: Depending on the chosen method, follow the instructions on the secure PayPal site or wait for the email with the bank details for the transfer.
4. Contract Conclusion
Order Confirmation: By confirming the purchase order, the Customer accepts the sales conditions and the information contained on the site.
Shipment Tracking: Check the shipment status using the "tracking number" sent by the SDA Courier.
5. Discount Codes, Promotions, and Gifts
Using Vouchers: Enter the discount code in the cart and activate it to update the total order amount. Discount vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
