Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country of the package. They will be communicated via e-mail thereafter. Shipping is free in Italy.
Delivery times
Our products will be shipped within 20 days after the order confirmation.
Orders placed after December 10th will be processed starting from the second week of January.

Insurance during shipping
We would like to inform you that the goods purchased on our website travel insured, to ensure that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. For this reason, we make every effort to carefully pack each product to minimize the risk of any damage during transit.
We kindly ask that you check the integrity of the package upon delivery and sign WITH RESERVE, even if the outer packaging is undamaged. In this way, we can ensure that you open the insurance file and promptly proceed to replace the goods.
In case of damage, please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@ceramichesofia.it with detailed photos of the damaged product. We will promptly respond to your request.
